Mercy Subacute/Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation has 120 inpatient beds in Baldwin County.
Following the physicians referral, the patient is admitted, evaluated and introduced to the team of caregivers.
Using an interdisciplinary team approach under the direction of a medical director, the Mercy team develops the patients plan of care with short-term and long-term goals to maximize abilities and regain the highest level of wellness.
