Gary Keogh, MD, board certified physiatrist, is the medical director of Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital and Mercy Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Institute. Dr. Keogh directs a comprehensive team of professionals that includes physical, occupational, and recreational therapists; rehabilitation nurses; speech-language pathologists; social workers and others. As a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, Dr. Keogh provides a program for treatment involving diagnostic and therapeutic injections, therapies, education on appropriate use of braces or orthotics or treatments, and medication review. Dr. Keogh has treated work related problems for many years and can provide impairment ratings for patients and payers. As part of the evaluation, appropriate patients undergo nerve testing/EMG. If indicated, Botox injection under EMG guidance is available.
