Mercy's long-term care provides medical and personal care to residents who have chronic illnesses, disabilities, and other needs that require more than custodial care to maintain the highest level of wellness possible. Mercy's active medical intervention helps residents who have feeding tubes, need transitional care, or have other multiple clinical needs.

  • Opened on February 1, 2011
  • Licensed as skilled nursing
  • Secured unit
  • Medicaid accepted.
Eligibility
  • Long-term care eligible
  • Alzheimer's or dementia diagnosis
  • Have a tendency to wander
  • Ambulatory or have the ability to self-propel in a wheelchair.
  • Need Medicaid to cover costs.
