Mercy Hospice Home Care is administered by a team of trained, healthcare professionals including a patient’s physician; a medical director; skilled nurses; home health aides; a social worker; physical, occupational, respiratory* and speech therapists; a pharmacist;* a registered dietitian;* a volunteer coordinator; and a chaplain.

Mercy’s hospice team provides services in the patient home: a private residence, nursing home, assisted living facility or wherever the patient lives.

  • Personal care – bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assistance with medical equipment and supplies
  • Assistance with financial and community resources
