Since 1981, Mercy Home Care has been expanding its services to meet the healthcare needs along the Gulf Coast.
Mercy Home Care is an ideal alternative for homebound individuals of any age whose condition does not require hospitalization but does require continuing care, pain management, treatment or instruction.
Mercy offers five specialized home care programs:
Mercy Home Care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, worker’s compensation and private payment. Medicare and Medicaid require patients be referred by a physician, have a medical condition requiring the care of a nurse and be homebound (except for occasional outings).
