Planned Giving Program

The mission of the Mercy Medical Planned Giving Program is to continue the healing ministry of Jesus Christ for future generations. Our goal is to establish an endowment that will secure the life and future of Mercy Medical. Planned gifts provide benefactors the options and opportunities to include Mercy in their financial and estate plans.

The Mercy Medical Planned Giving Program allows donors to make a lasting statement about their vision for our community’s future while receiving full advantage of tax deductions and tax savings. A gift to Mercy Medical will create a legacy of caring for generations to come. A gift can perpetuate the annual campaign gifts given during a donor’s lifetime, can be made in honor or memory of a loved one, and can provide for a more secure future for a donor’s family and community.

Mercy Medical recognizes individuals who have made a commitment to the future of this organization through planned gifts, regardless of the amount, with membership in the Sister Mary Eileen Wilhelm, RSM Founder’s Circle.

Planned Giving Options
A planned gift is a gift or commitment made in the present, with the benefit to Mercy Medical “deferred” until a future date. Planned gifts fall under three major categories.
Bequests, Trusts/Life Income Gifts and Non-cash gifts.
